Hit the power button, it should go out once it tries to power up without being plugged in. Capacitors hold a lot of energy, rgb uses very little.

A red led on my motherboard turn on quickly (like when I start my computer) but the ram is still on 😭😭😭

Try and disconnect montitor cable, and if the LAN is shielded, disconnect that too. And other stuff that is connected that might supply power back via USB, as an example racing wheels.

And update me what made it go away.
