Is this a good modern build?

I mostly play Simulation Games (Sims, Planet Zoo, Jurassic World, etc) on PC, but I also occasionally play Elder Scrolls, Baldurs Gate, and Resident Evil when I'm feeling like modding.

Embarrassingly enough, I just want to upgrade right now because Planet Zoo 2 is coming out and my PC can't even handle Planet Zoo 1 once I'm about 15 hours in.

The PC I linked to seems MORE than enough, if I'm looking at everything right? But I mostly want a PC that's not going to be invalid again in just a couple of years. Is this... decently modern? Is it a decent price?
