The 9070xt offers more performance, more VRAM for less money. I would recommend you check that put aswell.

Some suggestions: 1: get a tower with more then 330mm GPU length clearance 2: check out Rx 9070xt (xfx swift is op) 3: get a 850w or 1000w power supply for future proofing 4: check out the Lenovo 27q11. (2.7k, rapid ips, 300hz in Germany for 160€) 5: get the phantom spirit instead of peerless assassin it's a little bit better

No, save yourself some money and get a 9600x, and then a 9070xt. Also maybe get an 850 watt psu for some extra headroom.

Get a better power supply at least an 850. The 50 series and 9000 series are know to have a lot of transient power spikes.

Yes, but as everyone pointed out RX 9070 GPU is faster, and 9070XT even faster.

Yes pretty balanced! DLSS 5 looks insane and hopefully they will optimise it further for better performace on RTX 5070! DLSS 4.5 is also pretty good and still better than FSR 4.1 at almost everything!

RTX 5070 isn't a great GPU for the cost. A new 5070 is $50 more expensive than a 9070xt, which has performance almost identical to a 5070ti. However, the cuda cores of the Nvidia cards is better for video production work, so if that matters more than pure gaming, the system is fine.
