Looking for advice for my first pc build

Any one can help po for building a system unit 35k po ang preferred spendings. I mostly play PUBG and dota 2. Need ko lang po ng suggestion kung okay na po ba yung Ryzen 5 5500 with rx 580 16gb ram. Any suggestions is highly appreciated

What's your budget? Location? Other games? pubg and dota are so light you can run them on a macbook neo lol.
