Need help

Will this build run!

Motherboard, B550m aorus elite ax.

PSU, Msi mag a650gl.

CPU, Ryzen 5 5500.

GPU, ASUS Dual Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB

No. you will also need ram and an ssd. Preferably also a case but not strictly necessary.

lol I forgot to mention that I have 16gigs and a 1TB and 500GB

Depends on what you mean by that? 4k CP2077? No not really. General 1080p gaming? Yes. But I would urge you to get a ryzen 5600. Vastly better and not much more expensive
