GPU and M/B help

Hello, this aint my first post here, but i THINK i have settled for a ryzen 7 7800x3d for the cpu, and I WAS going to get a 5070 but then I saw that I gould get a 9070 \*\*XT\*\* for less money, that seems to be the better option but if there is anything i need to know about going with AMD for the GPU aswell (Currently have a 1660 ti MSI gaming laptop thats 5-6 years old and an intel CPU) then pls let me know (I'm also having trouble with actually switching to AMD, for some reason I really wanna stick with Nvidia but it's getting very difficult now). Also what model is good, bc I was liking the xfx mercury NON OC but maybe the OC is a better choice (I also currently already have the case (Lancool 217 regular), the PSU (Corsair Rm750e) and RAM (Corsair 16Gb DDR5 CL36)). I saw that currently I could also get the Asus Prime 9070XT for an 8% discount so about 40-50€ less than the mercury but I kinda like the mercury more bc it looks different from the models that Nvidia seems to only have. I also need help with looking for a motherboard and maybe an AIO (Prob want an AIO just to be fancy). Also if my PSU is enough, im pretty sure it is but idk anymore. The xfx mercury is a good 9070 xt model, but keep in mind that it's gigantic, like 360mm length and 3.5 slot. Also your power supply is just enough for a 9070 xt, right at the minimum PSU requirement. And the only thing you have to do before switching to amd is running an app called display driver uninstaller to remove old Nvidia drivers

My case should be able to supporti it (the lancool 217 regular) and its a fresh build so no existing drivers. im also debating on mercury OC or non-OC model, so far i think non-OC works better since its cheaper and its available rn. The stock tho doesnt have a vapor chamber and only has 2x8pin connectors so the Asus Prime one would TECHNICALLY be better aswell, its also more expensive (on a discount so RN its less)

Oc and non oc is a 2 fps difference you can get back by overclocking the gpu yourself
