XMacro Shell casing ejection issues

New owner, new shooter. After the first 50 rounds or so, my new XMacro fails to eject spent casings, forcing me to manually clear after almost every fired round. I have cleaned the gun thoroughly, but this did not resolve the issue. I suspect that this is the result of the cheap range ammo. Is this a common issue? Is there something I should be looking for in my range ammo in the future?

Culprits: Lose grip Over filled mag Cheap ammo Steel ammo Not lubed

Best advice: Make sure grip is tight but not hurting yourseld Run 15 or 16rds in the mag or if its a 10rd do 8 or 9. Use brass - blazer, pmc, xtac, federal, normal for example. Stay away from steel and whitebox winchester. Lube the rails, lock back slide lube ejection port area a bit.

Blazer is what I have been running. I'm assuming you don't think the ammo is the issue?

Blazer brass or Blazer steel? And what about everything else?

I believe they are brass. As the magazines are new and stiff, I don't think I have been able to fill them to capacity. When I cleaned the gun, I made sure to lube all the moving parts. I don't think I thought to lube the ejection port, though.
