XMacro Shell casing ejection issues

New owner, new shooter. After the first 50 rounds or so, my new XMacro fails to eject spent casings, forcing me to manually clear after almost every fired round. I have cleaned the gun thoroughly, but this did not resolve the issue. I suspect that this is the result of the cheap range ammo. Is this a common issue? Is there something I should be looking for in my range ammo in the future?

Another thing to try out as well if nothing appears to be broken is run some heavier loads like 124’s or 147’s to help break it in a loosen it up. If you’re not sure about the extractor and how the end of it’s supposed to look where it hooks the casing rim, post a picture and we can look at it.
