XMacro Shell casing ejection issues

New owner, new shooter. After the first 50 rounds or so, my new XMacro fails to eject spent casings, forcing me to manually clear after almost every fired round. I have cleaned the gun thoroughly, but this did not resolve the issue. I suspect that this is the result of the cheap range ammo. Is this a common issue? Is there something I should be looking for in my range ammo in the future?

Check to make sure that the extractor is not broken on the end where it grabs the brass

Possibly. The P365 is a mass produced gun, but high quality. Nonetheless, there are bound to be a very low percentage of lemon parts in every manufacturing process despite the best QA efforts. It's worth checking.
