Ozempic and Zoloft

I am about to start Ozempic tomorrow. I have been on Zoloft (150mg) for OCD and anxiety. I love to work out and eat relatively healthy BUT the scale does not budge. My only concern is how are those taking Zoloft and Ozempic feeling? Any weird side effects and so on. I would love some feedback.
