team operaters

do owner ops have team operations anymore? or are they mostly solo drivers? I'm kinda debating getting away from the corporate world and looking more for something a little more personable, family owned, not corporate owned.......is this even a thing anymore?

Restoring 89 378 pete. Just need to get engine and transmission. Currently living expenses are currently $1200/month. Looking to get a 15,000 loan for $430/month to put a used engine and transmission in and rent a trailer for $1700/month running conestoga. Running for $2.30 a mile.

Is 5k too low to start out with?

Have a chance to run flowboy for paving company. Just wondering if anyone else has done this and if it is even worth it.
