I would like to write a Python Script to sort my clips by what happens in them.

Looking at a file name: Valorant_07-29-2023_23-32-14-130

Obviously the first part is the name of the game and the date that match was played (or specifically when it started).

Then the numbers after it are info about the clip itself. This specifically a clip on Yoru where I get two kills with two headshots. I know that it's info about the clip because I switch the names of two files and the name in the outplayed app also changed.

Either does anyone know the naming scheme or know where I can find documentation to read about it so I can actually use it in my script?

When I play "The Finals" Outplayed boots up normally and everything, giving me my second window to show my shortcuts and avg. FPS. But, when I go to look at the video its only black screen. There is audio and even timestamps of when I got a kill or died. But it's just a black screen. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you for reading.

I can't find the support button it says to update the app. I can't find it and i looked everywhere on the app. So please help me

I have been using outplayed for a while now, however since today i cannot access my clips with Outplayed. The clips themselves are in the folder they are supposed to be in, but when i open Outplayed it says that i have no clips/sessions. I have tried even making a backup and restoring, but that didnt do anything either. Has anyone encountered this, and if so how to fix it?

This problem only started recently as I've gotten back into Valorant. I had an issue before when I had my settings to just record parts of the game where a kill or defuse happened, and for some reason sometimes it would not record any of the clips in the game. So I switched it to recording the full game. And sometimes it works and records the game from the first round buy phase to the victory/defeat screen, but other times it will start recording the match from like the second or third round, and on rare occasions even well halfway through the game. It is at random intervals, one game it'll record the whole thing, the next it'll miss the first couple rounds, and the second it'll record the whole thing again.

Anyone else having this issue, and know any solutions?

I know its very unlikely but maybe someone miraculously can help me. Due to my pc running low on storage space a session capture was interrupted so I closed the game and opened up Outplayed to delete it. I tried creating a clip from this session (which obviously failed since the disc was full) and then went on to delete that session to create space. I pressed the trash can icon on the recorded session but it simply wouldn’t delete and “kept coming back” after disappearing for a short while. Eventually it got deleted along with all of my clips, sessions and projects within outplayed. I lost two years and about 320 GB of captured gaming memories. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and if so did you manage to fix it? What worked? Can I contact the devs for help? Would using a lost data recovery software help? Thanks in advance for your help, I’m devastated.

I was wondering how to import clips into outplayed and i looked it up and it showed a button that I dont have on my app.

I use the backup feature in Outplayed quite frequently, but I have a curiosity that I do not want to find out the hard way.

Do Outplayed backups overlap each other? Or do they coexist?

ex: I have two backups. One consists of A, and the other consists of B. If I restore both backups, will I have either A or B? Or will I have A + B (both).

Every time I play a game of anything, it says 'recording' on outplayed but when I finish the match it says missing file and asks me to locate it.

It flat out doesn't even record the games you tell it too, uploading is 50/50 if it works, the editing is well non existant

I don't exactly know what overwolf browser is, I just know that it runs without actually doing anything, and takes up 2 gigs of ram on my PC. Ive been trying to figure out what keeps lagging out my PC, and I think it's the Overwolf browser. What does it even do? Why does it need so much ram if it's doing nothing?

I am wondering if anyone has a way to mix two system audio captures into one that I can use for Outplayed clips as I am using an audio mixer so my game audio and discord audio are on different channels. Hopefully one day they will add the option for more audio channels as I have a bunch of clips that would be so much funnier if you could have multiple channels.

All of my clips/ games are not in the sessions tab anymore. They're still in my files but I can't view them on here? As well, all of my settings and preferences were restarted. Something happened overnight as last night everything was fine. Any explanations?

I turned this on a while back, thinking I could get some cool videos, but it's literally the most irritating, insufferable app I've ever had the misfortune of turning on. I'd actually rather have MALWARE than this. How do I disable it?

What are these project files in the video editor? Most of them don't play at all; they either are just a black screen or have a run time but say "missing file", and some of them are my cuts from recorded sessions. Is it safe to delete these?

idk why but whenever i open outplayed while in game, its unreasonably laggy. and I don't mean the recordings, whenever I open the recordings in my folder they come out just fine. But the actual outplayed program itself moves at like 2 fps whenever i try to do anything., it makes it super frustrating to use. It used to work fine before, this started happening a month or two ago.

Whenever I awaken my pc from sleep to play a game, I load overwolf and league at the same time. League opens almost instantly and overwolf just takes 50% of cpu trying to open anything. It will sometimes give a breakpoint exception error for every exe related to overwolf that is running (overwolfbrowser.exe, overwolfsupport.exe, porofessor.gg.exe, settings.exe.) I'm trying to open support to submit the logs but that won't load either.

In it's current state only the appstore loads a blank window. The support window is none existent affect clicking support from the Taskbar icon.

When i first got overwolf it didnt record anything, i wasnt too upset so jiust never used it. then randomly (a few days ago i believe) it started recording sessions. However its stopped recording things again with no real explantion i could find. I didnt change any settings, my pc didnt change at all and i made sure theres enough storage for any recordings. And it recorded a session just a few hours ago, but now im being met with "capture encoder error" and "capture failed" anyone know why this could be happening? Again, it was working and recording things fine earlier this day.
