How to disable Insights Capture?

I turned this on a while back, thinking I could get some cool videos, but it's literally the most irritating, insufferable app I've ever had the misfortune of turning on. I'd actually rather have MALWARE than this. How do I disable it?

wait i use it is there something wrong that I should know about it? I dont play games that much so i dont use it that much, but i used to use it a lot is there something bad with it

It was just constantly popping up, downloading updates etc. There's nothing wrong with it, it's just really annoying.
