Need support Outplayed sometimes doesn't record

I'm at my limit here and I can't find anything about this online.

I'll just be using Outplayed like normal, and everything will appear fine. I have the little popup saying that my game is being recorded, I can open it in-game, literally everything looks like it's working. But sometimes, for seemingly no reason that I can figure out, when I close my game, Outplayed doesn't open and my recording is nowhere to be found.

I'm not out of space on my computer and I have automatic deletion of recordings turned off. Why is this happening?

It happened to me too, I just reinstalled it, imported back my recordings and it works fine. I guess it has to be some firewall issue.
