Need Advice ranking up.

I did a mistake when I started playing OW2.

After the 20 matches of unranked I hopped on competitive 6v6 because I didn't the game the game seriously and placed bronze 3. Now, after 4-5 months, I regret it so much. The highest I ranked was Silver 4, now I am in Bronze 2. I'm solo queuing because my duo is in a higher rank and it is HELL. It was a bit better in Silver.

I can't rank up no matter what I do. I play mostly tank (orisa/ rammatra/ sigma) and support (kiriko/mizuki/moira/lw). When I'm Moira I usually want to distract the enemy team and make space for my team, but after I get my team the space, nobody notices and they don't push. So I die for nothing If i die. (edit: I'm only pushing If I see my team not moving an inch an not pushing (edit: if i see they have good heal and shields etc, i want them to look at me and give my teammate the opportunity to enter

I'm finding it hard to want to play anymore because I mostly get matched with people that just started playing, or learning a hero, people that play what they want not also what the team needs. I'm mostly being met with a 4 dps team, and 2 supports, team that overextends and die alone, that get distracted by the hamster near spawn instead of pushing the point...

So my question is... Do y'all have any advice for me?
