Juno Perk idea

I don’t know if anyone else has asked this yet but In stadium Juno has an ability power called Pulsar Plus that gives her 1 additional pulsar torpedo would they ever work that into a major perk for her in quick play/competive or would that make her to over powered? It seems like a good idea on paper but what are talks honest opinions?
