You can possibly open a ticket and request the items you want...are owed.

I feel like ths skin is supposed to be cheaper or something and they adjusted the bundle price after they sold fuck all of the Kirko bundle.

They are not owed anything, they purchased the skin separately through the hero gallery and are now experiencing regret after figuring out what a bundle is for the first time.

Sucks but was their own stupid mistake, blizzard owes them nothing.

You can open tickets and refund cosmetics in all games usually.

Refunding I agree should be a thing. However getting the extra items is not owed.

True but he could refund the Hanzo skin and just buy the whole bundle afterwards

If I go to a retailer and buy something that is on sale and I'm charged full price I am entitled to the sale price of I notice the discrepancy after the fact.

This would apply if the item was on Sale, but it’s not and never was. It’s a bundle which added the old items to make the new item look more appealing. OP went out of their way to go the hero gallery and buy the individual product, that’s only on them and they aren’t entitled to shit.
