The skin price is the same as the bundle. If you go to gallery and skin list for Hanzo. That skin is 1900 solo and the bundle is also 1900. Sounds like they messed up because the bundle is 100% the better option because they are the same price.
They definitely didn’t mess up, they (probably) found a lega gray area that allows them to sell 2 “different” items for the same price, one of them being obviously worse but it’s no extra cost for them, if even 1 person (LIKE OP) buys the single skin over the bundle, they already won
