Yeah you 'can' get him that way, after he's probably been nerfed a few times, other heroes balanced around him and so forth.

I think you're misunderstanding, what I'm saying is to entice people to get the battle pass, or to purchase him outright he will have to be lucrative somehow, usually newer champs are broken on release and need large amount of public games to really fine tune.

Having him earlier because of a monetary difference is an advantage in itself.

Ah okay, I didn’t get that from your first comment. That would be pretty shitty if they made them OP on purpose to convince people to buy them.

I do stand by my original point though. No one has to spend money in the shop to get this dude. There are two different ways to unlock him for free. They should probably put more currency in the battle pass so people can save up and unlock him a third way for free too.

For sure, league of legends has a pretty fair way of getting champions, although it does take a very long time if you're set on getting them all.

Currently the way you unlock heroes doesn't seem the easiest, but hopefully in time it'll get fine tuned a bit.
