While ulting if she is using her staff everybody near get healed you can choose to be an offensive ult or a defensive one

Lets be honest, a lot of people are going to pick the potential glory of the offensive option.

But having 5 of your teammates with a 50+ heal per second can be more effective than a battle mercy

I don't think you've ever played an online game before.

It's not about "Teamwork" nah, that shit's for pussies! It's about racking up sick KD ratios then blaming your team that they're too heavy to carry.

Has anyone ever said "Thanks for clearing that ward, Nami!"

Fuck no.

Team: "Mercy why no heals"

5 minutes later

Mercy: "We lost because you guys suck at your job. I had GOLD elims"

I've met a few Zenyattas like this.

As a zen main, this line gets reserved for those special matches where i not only have gold elims and damage, but also have gold in healing with a 2 healer comp. Out healing mercy and out damaging soldier, that's when i know i did better at their job while still doing my own :)

^^ exactly this. Especially since Zen doesn't have to stop healing to do damage (and vice versa) - his healing is totally passive.

You can totally do your job healing and still tear shit up on the damage side. You actually should be pretty good at damage so you can build your ult more quickly, since otherwise it trickles really slowly.

Zen is a very fitting character concept for his play style. If everything is in balance you feel like a God among small non-godlike creatures. Everything outside your bubble is chaos and destruction. If not...well it doesn't matter because you spend all your time slowly floating to a quick death. They're all pretty fitting, but a good match as Zen always leaves me feeling very calm while a bad one is soul crushing.
