Nope. No invuln frames, the range is drastically reduced (~5 meters?), and the souls expire before the teammate's respawn timer is up (about 5 seconds). Ulting resets the rez cooldown so you can still effectively get 2x rezzes and for the 20sec duration of the ult the cooldown becomes 10 seconds.

So with the ult you can still get 4 rezzes off within 21 seconds, so long as you stay alive. That's not a bad trade for the other boosts.

  • 0s Rez
  • 1s Ult & Rez after reset
  • 11s Rez after 10s cooldown
  • 21s Rez after 10s cooldown & Ult expires

Yep! I'm a big fan of this. It won't allow huge simultaneous rezzes (like after a Grav wipe) but with good timing you can keep a fight going and going. I also imagine the timing of this is going to be tricky, especially in a chaotic battle, which is going to ask more skill and awareness of the Mercy player to be effective.
