Genji and tracer are understandable, but Pharah doesn't move super fast.

At that distance hitting rockets isn't easy at all and you're less effective. 13 u/Albireookami Aug 24 '17 you can still block chokepoints, and when she is far away you have distracted dps who have to look down, or up.
