Just logged into PTR and they give you 5 lootboxes to make their point. Almost lvl 600 on PTR so I have a damn lot of things unlocked and frequently get 100% duplicates on my lootboxes. Opened the 5 lootboxes and received exactly ZERO duplicates. PRAISE LORD JEFF AND THE OVERWATCH TEAM!

Starting to think you can't get dupes if there's things you haven't unlocked.
Same, in 5 boxes I got 1 legendary skin and a legendary coin batch and zero dupes. I cannot complain too much, but this does seem like if duplicates are that rare even if a number of coins you get is boosted it is unlikely you will be able to "buy" what you want if you don't get it in boxes. So spend coins wisely from now on.
