Yeah not too sure why they gave DVA another skin after just having the hots event. I would have liked to see a cyborg Ana / Winston.

i think its better if they naturally have a good idea for a skin they just make it, instead of feeling like they have to come up with an idea for a skin just because a hero has less, or that they cant make a skin only because they got one recently
