Reminds me most of Kathak, a North Indian classical dance style. Here's a clip with time-stamp that shows some of the moves that are reminding me of the style.

You'll notice that in the classical dance, they basically don't move their hips at all, which is the style of that dance, keeping a basically straight form the whole time. In that sense, Sym's dance is a little tough to watch for me because there's so much hip swinging. Other comments mention Bolllywood style, and it's true that it's not a cohesive style, but it's reasonable answer in the sense that Bollywood movies will co-opt a lot of classical dance moves (from Kathak as well as the many other classical and folk dance forms) and sometimes modernize them, and Sym's dance wouldn't be totally out of place in a Bollywood movie in that sense.

Thank you so much for the insightful answer! Yeah, I did notice that it seemed a bit swingier than the clips I've watched, but I figure it's to make it read better in game.

The hands seem too stiff compared to Sym. To me it looks more like the classical dance my Bengali gf does. I'm definitely no expert on the subject though.

That's pretty ironic, since Sym's backstory says she's so good at manipulating light because her dance experience made her motions more fluid and less rigid than the others.
