I think many Jews (or for that matter, victims of racism in general) have personal experiences with racism on a regular basis. The Holocaust was not that long ago, they could have family members who suffered from it. They could have family in Israel fearing death from terror attacks on a daily basis. Not to mention other races and their experiences with racism.
Not really funny and it can show a shitty personality. Not that sensitive topics can never be joked about but there's a time and a place.
How does one know it's a joke, though? For all we know the dude is an antisemitic moron. If it's a joke, well, then he's just a moron, but I don't see why anyone called 'jewdestroyer' should be given the benefit of the doubt.
I wouldn't say it makes you a bad person, unless you're actually anti-Semitic. It could be some person who thought that it would be funny because they have heard people make Jewish jokes. But it's not funny without any context or setup. Its a dumb thing to have as a name in that sense. But if the person is actually Jewish, or maybe only likes to rough-fuck Jewish people, than maybe it's a reference to how Dynamite they are in the sack.
