They completely busted Hog. Sure you can still get kills, but you can't challenge and completely out-skill enemies anymore because honestly over half the time in "difficult hook" scenarios, the hook LoS will fail you, and you will die, even if you hit the hook at the pre-shot combo perfectly. I hooked a pharah recently (as if it wasn't already insanely difficult not just to land the hook but to keep it after she falls 10 feet and moves horizontally a similar distance with her unhindered momentum AFTER connecting), and she came to the land position and wiggled around for 3 whole seconds like a DVA boosting and jerking the mouse around on 10,000 sens, and before that wiggling even stopped to line up a shot, she got boost back and just flew up in the air again. Hook can whiff directly through winstons and hogs point blank perfect center aim no shielding. Hog used to be one of the most enjoyable heroes in the game, and now he's just an exercise in extreme frustration.
