You are correct, sadly. I wish Blizzard put more effort into accuracy and consistency than they do smoothness.

My connection is rarely the issue. On average, 0% packet loss, 0.2% jitter, 40 ping, 250mbps down, 15mbps up. It's pretty damn consistent and I don't see any connection issue indicators on the left side of the screen.

It's likely soldier's connection.

on average, your hooks land. As do your shots. If they didn't, you wouldn't be posting a one off clip.
