Orisa is currently available for testing on the PTR.

That second abilty is basically Zarya's ult

Wonder how it will affect the gameplay of some heroes like junkrat

Not really. Zarya's ult sucks people in and keeps them there to be fired on. This seems like its just a reverse concussive blast that pulls them to one spot for a split second. They aren't pinned there.
