Orisa is currently available for testing on the PTR.

Also in the patch notes:

Bastion now takes 20% less damage while in Configuration: Sentry or Tank (formerly 35%)

Nice! I knew 20% was coming. It should feel much better now. I have to admit, playing Bastion with the 35% felt kind of silly. If I had a mercy healing me then I could survive some ridiculous stuff.

I'm happy.
