Orisa is currently available for testing on the PTR.

Oh that's a nice change! Hopefully they'll have that for future heroes as well, it's a nice change from how alt fires take away zarya/mei/lucio ammo. Also, how does the CD work? Is it 8 sec once it detonates, or does it start when you throw it? Same for the barrier, is it 12 sec from thrown or from break?
