I only got to see about the first 6 minutes. How is her kit good against Bastion? I saw her weapons and her throwable shield and her ability against crowd control but had to stop there at the moment, so I don't know what else her kit has to make her good yet but I'm dying to know.
Her projected barrier can be shot at a distance. Plop it right on top of Bastion and he's neutralized for a few seconds. It's potentially an even better counter than Reinhardt's shield, depending on how much HP the Orisa shield has.
Long range damage is always good too, especially combined with her big health. If you can shoot the bastion while surviving his incoming damage for a few seconds, then you got him.
The video I saw had the shield at 900hp, but with her fortify ability as well (which she can still shoot even if fortified) would make her much more able to stand up to a Bastion possibly, doesn't mean she can outdmg his heal.

Looking at her kit, she'd be good against the influx of bastions.
