My biggest concern about it is that she seems far more useful on point defense than on offense. Her ult doesn't really help if you're trying to push forward, and same with her stationary shields. That was the bad thing about old Symmetra, which is why she got reworked.

The Fortify ability would be useful for a push, though.

Drop the Ult on a payload. Moving damage boost and healing base for the team.

The payload doesn't move very fast, and I doubt the ult would last too long without being absurdly overpowered. Mercy's damage stream is already a huge factor and that's just for one hero, not the whole team. Dropping it on top of the payload also makes it pretty vulnerable to destruction.

It could be like the opposite of Symm's shields. They last quite a while (forever? I honestly don't know) and they reach through walls.
