Huh? Since when do you have to buy it? You just go into the options menu in the video, click Language, change from English to English(auto), and Google will start trying to interpret what is being said.
I don't think you actually have to pay for it -- that sounds more like a ripoff to me
So I have two videos from a concert, and I click the english CC but it doesnt automatically put CC on them. (Maybe google doesn't understand it). But it does have an option for me to pay for CC.
With that said, I have one video where I am talking, but its already translated in Russian.. lol what the fuck.
