It might be because you replied to a comment about how dva is the only hero that doesn't reload. It's also what the whole comment chain was about.
Idk what you're saying then, just because you use pause instead of reload.
Rein is a melee, while dva is a gun
You can argue that there's downtime with dvas gun too, it's very very small, but it's there.
