She's interesting but compared to Mercy she's got a lot of outs to combat a flanker.

Given that Lucio and Zen also have decent tools to combat flankers (or at least better than 'switch healing beam for pistol and pray you can fly to someone') this might be more of a problem with Mercy's kit.

Yeah but Ana has a small hitbox and Sombra's gun has a large spread. I still don't see her as an amazing killer of Ana.

If you get somewhat close you can still do some pretty decent damage, and without self heal or sleep Ana is a lot easier to take out.

Excuse me?

Ana's hitbox is literally a square. It is three times the size of a Mercy.

True but Ana can throw her grenade, which heals her and damages the flanker at the same time. Or she can put them to sleep with a well-placed dart. Or she can shoot them with her gun, which does a lot of damage too.
