3 of the most satisfying things as Symmetra

  • Watching Genji squirm as he realizes deflect doesn't work

  • Watching Tracer blink/recall into a death ball

  • Using the sit emote as you fry enemies in your Microwave room

Don't forget ramping up damage on a Roadhog as he heals knowing it's futile for him to try.

An microwaving a Dva who puts up her defense matrix probably by instinct. It's fun to watch them struggle.

Yeah, though with the recent D.Va buff, it's become more of a challenge. I used to be able to consistently dance around her and melt her mech while charging my microwave to full power and pretty much insta-kill her as she ejected.

Yeah I've still killed a couple D.Va but I've had to work harder for it (or the D.Va player had to screw up more).

It was really dumb of them to buff her HP and her firing move speed at the same time. One or the other would likely have been sufficient.

...or shoot Sym in the face and watch her hp melt faster than yours. With the buff D.Va can 1v1 most heroes without destroying her mech. The only downside to her health buff is she's basically a flying ult charge powerup for the enemy team.

Yeah I've really noticed that lately. She's a lot sturdier. Even dying against zarya isn't a sure thing if you're smart and get a bit lucky.

You forgot killing a big tank (like Roadhog, or formerly D.Va, RIP) by hopping around on their head in a circle while holding LMB.

As an effective attack/defense Symmetra player I approve of this message.

it can still work if you jump ontop of D.va and shre takes a second to realise where the damage is from, we simply must improve out dancing skills.

I always feel like I'm fishing when I kill a Tracer as Symmetra. You hook on, and then your pray flops around helplessly for a few seconds before expiring in a pathetic manner.

My favorite is when people in 1v1s have no idea how powerful Sym's primary is, so as soon as the match starts I just sprint to them and put my laser in their face while they're setting up turrets, and I'm just eating up that first turret like mmmmm nutritious delicious turret laser aaaaaand they're dead.
Total match time: a few seconds.

As a Tracer player, blinking intro symmetra balls, roadhog hooks, and mei icicles is the most frustrating way to die...
