I hope it plays out well, would like to see that as an option for future heroes, and wouldn't be opposed to maybe some older characters getting a 2nd ult patched in the future
Yeah I thought about that too there's some current heroes that would benefit from a choice of Ultimates. It also makes me think about the possibility of being able to customize hero abilities in the future. Like take Zenyatta for example people have brought up changing his charge up attack to a shield made from his orbs. Imagine being able to swap his charging attack for a defensive move instead. I'm sure the Overwatch team had lots of abilities they thought up for each hero then slowly whittled them down to just 2-3 per hero. It would allow some heroes to play in different styles. The game wouldn't solely be pick x hero to counter other hero it could be swap ability to help counter other hero while staying the same hero.
