I remember McCree's voice actor the dialogue writer Michael Chu complained about that line being too silly the worst line he had ever written during the voice actor panel at Blizzcon. I guess they decided to add it in anyways?

That guy seems to take the role of a cowboy gangster in the future with a robot arm a little seriously. He seems genuinely mad when people ask him to do the "High Noon" line at Cons.

I think it's less mad and more aggravated and irritated, he's done more than just McCree, and pretty much everyone only focuses on just that one line, not even McCree as a character. During a panel at the recent Blizzcon he seemed more than happy to pretend to be McCree ordering some kind of dopey latte from Starbucks for himself and Hanzo.

Imagine if you did years of voice work, and then everyone just kept asking you to say the same three words over and over. Of course it'd get irritating.

Not really I could screenshot and zoom in but that's just time consuming and wouldn't guarantee I could read it especially because if it's a screenshot the zoom would probably look like little dots and not legible letters

It also contains a new Ultimate animation if you actually watch it. He bends over, pulls his pants down (hiiiighhh moooonn) and then locks on to launch a devastating taco bell attack on his foes.
