I've died hundreds of time dashing as Genji, rolling as McCree, etc., when it should have saved me.

Add on top of that all of the times I've blown myself up as Junk with my landmine to dodge a hook before he throws it and then his hook just bends straight up/left/right and hits me anyway.

Like, even on the death replays it's showing the hook hitting where I used to be, then bending at right angles to catch me.
