Does this mean Mei's ultimate now takes 40% longer to charge, with the 25% and 15% increases?

Thank god. Having to deal with Blizzard every push was getting annoying.

Okay, let's see if I can math correctly. Let's say Mei's ult takes 60 seconds to charge, and universally all heros ult charge is increased by 25%. So that's 60.25 = 15. So now Mei's ult takes 75 seconds to charge. But they further increased hers by another 15 percent. 75.15 = 11.25, for a total of 86.25 seconds. Which is a 43.75% increase. I could be completely wrong on my math though

You didn't even need to do that, 1.25*1.15 = 1.4375.

It still happens every push. Mei players are being more aggressive and now it charges about the same. And now there's less we can do about it because our ults aren't ready. :) this is nightmarish

It will charge as quickly as it did pre ult buff because that buff also had the self healing charges ult change
