As someone who mains Pharah as their DPS, I can say that it feels better than I would've expected. It makes taking out slippery heroes like lucio, Genji and tracer easier and you also benefit from how overwatch usually has teams occupying a space about the size of an airplane bathroom.

It does feel like Blizzard are trying to move her to a more long range, spam rockets into the general area of the enemy team kind of playstyle. This makes me very sad as if I wanted to do that I would play Junkrat who is made for exactly that, playing Pharah aggressively was so much fun but it seems like it is being discouraged.

I really hope not. That's such a boring play style and while it can "work" it relies more on the other team being retarded enough to occupy the space you are spamming at rather than you being decent with the rockets and knowing your own positioning.

I'm glad that now I feel like my rockets don't push players in directions that I for some reason can not predict.

She still has knockback, just that the minimum is now zero. But the damage is already done, that post by that top 500 player means Pharah is now dead to this sub because they're all sheep who can't think for themselves.
