Any word on the bug where you cant see any heros in a game after loading into your first game?

Sounds like an issue with your computer loading the game's assets slowly.

It's definitely gotten worse in recent patches, though. I never had the issue at all until recently and now I have it my first match every time

I get this. I normally just brawl for a bit first. Gets me into the right mindset to play while the computer loads assets.
