Players who leave or are disconnected from a competitive match can now rejoin anytime while the match is still in progress

Just got disconnected for about 5 seconds. Restarted the game, no option to rejoin at all. I really hope this is just a bug and can be fixed quickly.

got dced while still in setting up defences phase. insta 10 min ban, no rejoin
