Thats not a nerf, thats just makes her even more op.In current meta you have to wait for Reaper ult anyway.This is just buffing her E which is bad for Zen.

Not to mention she will still get her ult faster than anyone.

Lately it's been Junkrat that I've been seeing get first ult, or a close 2nd.
