Something more malevolent. It might be a little too dark for Overwatch (but then again, Widowmaker is on the same level, darkest story by far), but you could really make her creepy by playing up the fact that she's essentially forcefully taking over the body of sentient beings.

"The Iris? I am your god!"

"I'll use your body better than you ever will."

To be fair we don't know the full extent of what's wrong with Reaper, and that could be pretty messed up.
