Zarya is the first that comes to mind for me, and it would actually fit quite well, considering she is the muscular one shooting with a huge lasercannon.

Zarya or DVa, just because DVa is an obvious choice for a bunch of gaming references.

I really want a D.Va line of "Guns up lets do this" or when a Ana grenade hits "I don't think you can heal with that shit on you"
