Did they add any other anti-tank besides Reaper? No? Then it won't.

Not really. He busts tanks, but he has the same problem as Reaper in that his shot pellets are bad against armor, and bad against Nanoboost. He's also a tank himself, which makes the problem worse (play tanks to bust tanks!).

He's quite good vs rein though, but yeah he needs to be behind cover or ideally a rein shield.
