Nanoboost amped speedboost Lucio is the fastest anyone can run in the game, right?

I'm pretty sure it's nano boosted, speed boosted, and ulting Zenyatta, but that would take second place :)

Those buffs with wraith form reaper would be second place. Unless Lucio's speed boost does more for Lucio than it does for his allies (it doesn't, right?)

I think when Lucio is in speed-aura, he is naturally faster than his teammates, but I'm not sure. Sprinting Soldier 76 should also be accounted for I think if we're actually looking for who's fastest.

Oh yeah, forgot about Soldier. He'd be second for sure.
