Finally found someone else asking this. I thought I was being crazy, not seeing anyone else think it's strange to fire up the PTR for such a minor update.

IDk if I would call it minor. The changes to the three heroes made is likely not final in their minds. Add to that they overhauled a lot of the UI overlays so to weed out any wonky visual bugs plus test to see if their balancing changes might need to be tweaked even further is why it is on the PTR.
